SHIPPING POLICY 

Gaea Botanique ships all over India. All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days. (all orders placed after 12 PM IST are processed the next business day). You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships! 

Shipping in Mumbai takes about 2-3 working days
Shipping outside Mumbai takes 5-10 working days depending on the city.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

All personal care products are  non-returnable due to hygiene and consumable nature of the product.

However, in the unlikely event of damaged, defective or different item delivered to you, we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

 

We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to issuing refund/replacement.

We do not offer returns or refunds unless and until the product is damaged. Requirements to apply for a refund.
1.You must have an unboxing video as proof.
2.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
3.Proof of purchase such as a receipt.


What is Not eligible for refunds
1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
2. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
3. If the item purchased was on sale.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will be refunded.
